F.A.Q.

  • No. Customers provide any pole or similar mount if they want the camera on a pole; Dynamiq does not supply poles by default.

  • Dynamiq installs cameras no higher than 12 feet. Higher mounts are not included or offered under this rental.

  • Annual plan is prepaid for 12 months. Default is no proration or refund for unused prepaid time. If a refund is required, it is prepaid amount − months used × full monthly rate; the free month does not apply.

  • $249 per camera / month applies when cameras share one general install zone. Dual, Triple, and Quad are that rate multiplied by camera count; there are no package discounts. One camera, five or more, or split sites? Get an estimate.

  • The monthly rent includes the camera, solar power, cellular data, app viewing, and Dynamiq support.

  • The optional Limited Damage Waiver is about 15% of rent. It covers accidental physical damage under waiver terms and exclusions; theft is typically not covered.

  • Yes. Select Decline or Add Limited Damage Waiver in the product before checkout.

  • No — this is self-view rental with Dynamiq support, not Texas DPS licensed monitoring.

  • Yes, as a secondary use where cellular coverage and site sun support installation.

  • Request a camera move by calling (832) 215-9350. Moving a camera on the same job is a separate fee, not part of monthly rent.

  • Our cameras are solar powered and have a fixed angle. We also offer pan and tilt options allowing you to get the right angle and view of your project!
