By starting Care you agree to the Care Terms. Founding prices last 6 months, then list rates. Cancel at the end of a paid period.
What’s included on every plan

What’s not included
- Replacement hardware (nodes are discounted, not complimentary)
- Amazon eero Plus (their security add-on — separate)
- Unlimited phone time or endless reboots
- Full smart-home / theater programming
- Emergency / weekend on-site (by availability, emergency rates)

FAQ
When can I get remote help?
Essential & Plus: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Concierge: those hours plus weekday evenings until 8:00 PM. Weekends: next-business-morning callback, or on-site at emergency rates if available.
How long do founding rates last?
Plus $99 and Concierge $199 apply for six months only, then $119 and $249. Essential is $69 with no separate founding rate. A card on file is required.
What are emergency on-site rates?
Weekday after-hours: $250/hour with a 2-hour minimum, plus trip. Weekend/holiday: $300/hour with a 2-hour minimum, plus trip. Member labor discounts do not apply. Emergency means whole-home loss of usable internet.
