FAQ

  • Essential & Plus: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Signature: those hours plus weekday evenings until 8:00 PM. Weekends: next-business-morning callback, or on-site at emergency rates if available.

  • Texting is the preferred method and usually gets you a faster response. Call or text (832) 215-9350.

  • Plus $99 and Signature $199 apply for six months only, then $119 and $249. Essential is $69 with no separate founding rate. A card on file is required.

  • Weekday after-hours: $250/hour with a 2-hour minimum, plus trip. Weekend/holiday: $300/hour with a 2-hour minimum, plus trip. Member labor discounts do not apply. Emergency means whole-home loss of usable internet.
